We take pride in staying away from pre-made food, instead supporting local and using fresh produce and ingredients. Our Story
Tasty Morsels Cafe and Catering started from Marisa and Effie. The two owners were once a co-worker in a cafe, who then took the risk and decided to open a catering business to handle their own time, earn extra money and work for themselves.
It was a rough journey at first, but their popularity grew in the local areas around Ringwood and Bayswater. As the people within the vicinity of Melbourne like the food they are offering, they have come up with the idea of having a cafe.
Tasty Morsels Café and Catering was founded through the long-standing friendship of Marisa and Effie. Originally, Tasty Morsels was a small start-up catering business run from home, but that quickly changed as the demand for honest, homemade food exceeded their expectations and outgrew the size of a home kitchen. In 2007, Marisa and Effie made the brave choice to open up a small café and a new home-base for their catering, soon becoming a staple in the community of East Doncaster. 15 years later, Tasty Morsels Café and Catering is still standing tall and maintaining their ethos of providing delicious, authentic, and affordable homemade food for all of Melbourne. Whether it’s a meal for your family or a buffet for your workplace, Tasty Morsels maintains that every meal provided lovingly becomes a part of their continuing story.
